Совершенно хамское общение по указанному телефону. Сушильные машины стоят на таком расстоянии, что, открывая одну, задевается другая, а сушка в ней прекращается. Ужасно, короче говоря. Книги жалоб нет. Есть прачечные в разы приличней

За 2 года работы прачечной никто ни разу не задел соседнюю дверь сушильной машины. На видеозаписи отчетливо видно, что вы ошибочно открыли сушилку, чем вызвали остановку программы. Попытка обманом получить бесплатную услугу не принесла результатов - в итоге мы получили этот отзыв.

Удобно, что такие места вообще есть. Не все требует химчистки. А вещи бывают объемные для домашней машинки. Но обустройство прачечной хромает: нет ни порошка, ни ополоскавателя, для наличной оплаты нет размена и сдачи.- запастись мелкими купюрами и монетами. Режим не понятно выставляются.. выставляешь стирку на час — стирает максимум 40 минут. Но по телефону рассказывают про то что машинка самостоятельно замеряет необходимость нагрева воды и т.д. и т.п. — не так! В трёх машинках были абсолютно разные по весу вещи- у всех сбросились время в 15 минут… – показать
