В целом все нравится. Зал хороший, народу не так много, занимаюсь по утрам, так как сейчас нахожусь в декрете. Первый месяц решила заниматься под руководством персонального тренера, что бы он составил мне программу и меню. Стараюсь заниматься 3 раза в неделю, что бы эффект наступил уже в самом ближайшем времени. Надеюсь у меня все получится!

Лучшее на данный момент что есть в округе. Отличный зал. Новые хорошие тренажеры, нет давки и очередей. Вежливый персонал. Все на высоком уровне. рекомендую! До этого занимался в Спарте, которая рядом. Спарта гадюшник редкостный с неприятным персоналом, который заботится о клиенте только до факта покупки абонемента. Жаль что Спарты тут не обозначено в этой программе. Написал бы пару " ласковых".
