Времена меняются, а здесь ничего, такие же списки, переклички.Персонал грубый, разговаривают солдафонским тоном, после посещения, долго отойти не можешь. Посредниками заполонена вся территория, мафия какая то. Законы здесь не писаны, никакого похоже контроля, само по себе государство.
