Обратились в компанию, сейчас у них название ООО "Автоматизация -Оптимум". Сказать ужасно, ничего не сказать. Рассказывают все чудесно, но по факту пришел специалист, заплатили ему 2 часа, типа исследовать базу. Потом еще 16 часов , типа понять что делать и как. В итоге после 18 часов нам не предоставили ни пути решения, ни механизмы, не пояснили вообще что и как. А за эти часы как выяснилось они делали архивную копию, сидели и препроводили базу. Хотя это можно было оставить на ночь и утром все готово. Вообще тянут время, ничего не делают, специалистов нет. Не обращайтесь. А если обратитесь, сразу контролируйте и требуйте результат после каждого часа работы. По факту там всем все равно. Менеджер только звонит и спрашивает как дела, а когда говоришь о проблеме, то сразу: это не ко мне. Потом звонок из отдела качества: как вам....? Говоришь им что и как, сразу видно-интерес пропал. Программист работает от времени, но так бессовестно тянуть время. Это уж извините. Никто не отказывается платить, но платить за то, что они базу перепроводят. Может курсы они и ведут, но внедрять, писать, решать проблемы по 1С8 не умеют.

Курсы ужасные. Набирают группу 15 - 20 человек, времени на слушателей нет. Рассказывают как заучино, не чего не могут объяснить. Выдают свои удостоверения, а не сертификаты 1с которые не нужны не кому. Клиентское обслуживание ужасное, тянут время и не чего не делай. Жалубную книгу не дают.
