По работе претензий пока нет, но... Когда приезжаешь и спрашиваешь, сколько стоит определенная работа, тебе называют одну цену, в процессе работы, появляются «непредвиденные расходы», это тоже ладно, сложные технические процессы, скрытые дефекты и т.д. И вот, долгожданный момент, ты калькулируешь все суммы, которые назвал тебе мастер, хоть они уже отличаются от изначально названной цены, идёшь на оплату, а там тебе, хренак!, и в счёт включают всеразличные «расходники» и смазочные материалы, процентов на 20-25 от ранее озвученной суммы... Делать нечего, платишь. И вроде всё, что ты просил сделали, но «осадочек остался». По этому, кто хочет воспользоваться услугами этого автосервиса, не радуйтесь первой озвученной цене, она скорее всего вырастет и будте к этому готовы. Или сами спрашивайте, сколько ещё с вас возьмут дополнительно или хотелось бы слышать от мастера фразу «Стоимость запрашиваемых вами работ начинается ОТ, но это не точно ...»

Приехал в автосервис для простой операции - замена свечей зажигания. Ребята сказали что мастера высшего разряда. Что в сухом остатке - у мастера просил установку производить динамометрическим ключом (сказал я и так знаю момент затяжки свечи), выехав из сервиса я заметил что сдавал исправную машину (свечи менял лишь из соображения пробега по ним 47 тыс.км.), а получил неисправное авто. Позвонив по телефону сказали что это не они, перетянуть свечи невозможно! Мораль: в другом сервисе при мне выкрутили свечи - одна из них не имела зазора между электродами и вследствии чего двигатель троил! Не советую для ремонта!
