Мне посчастливилось стать владелицей нового автомобиля в этом салоне. Я хочу выразить огромную благодарность Елене Тальвик и Дмитрию Сулимову за работу, готовность ответить на все вопросы, и в процессе выбора автомобиля, и после приобретения. Очень приятно было посещать автосалон, уровень обслуживания и клиентоориентированность «от и до» на очень высоком уровне, все очень быстро решается, и я, как требовательный клиент, осталась очень довольна работой ребят. Особой похвалы заслуживает момент выдачи автомобиля, масса позитивных эмоций. Работа с Еленой вызывает непреодолимое желание вернуться в салон за покупкой следующего автомобиля.

Персонал вежливый, идёт на встречу клиенту, цены дилерские, выбор машин неплохой, не пытаются ничего накручивать. Купила Макан. Всё в норме.

Очень странное впечатление. Салон приятный, чистый. Угостили кофе, водой. Сотрудники приветливые. Посмотрел машину, все понравилось. Менеджер Андрей отправил в вацап свои контакты, задал ему пару уточняющих вопросов и хотел перейти к договоренностям о покупке. Но ответов приходилось ждать по пол дня, через постоянные напоминания о себе. На вопрос, заинтересован ли он в продаже, остался без ответа вовсе. Реакция менеджера на работу с клиентами оказалась очень странной, в итоге сделал выбор в пользу другого автомобиля в другом автосалоне. От ситуации лишь недоумение, т.к. сам работаю в продажах. П.С. Хотел выложить скрин переговоров, но буду уважать право собеседника на тайну переписки.
