Может быть, когда-то это и был хороший магазин, сейчас они закупают дешевую, некачественную обувь.Я приобрела в компании «Пора танцевать», 24.06.2019, в магазине на Электрозаводской, обувь для народных танцев производитель Neo La, цена 2500. 26 июня я танцевала в этой обуви на сцене, и после 2 часов танцевальной программы, на правой туфле набойка стерлась до основания, отошел клей на каблуке в двух местах, где каблук проклеен и прибит гвоздями, на левой туфле начала протираться плоская часть п одошвы. Я не стала ждать, пока туфли развалятся окончательно, и, при первой возможности, обратилась в магазин. 29.06.19 я уже была в магазине с просьбой принять обратно некачественную обувь согласно обещанной гарантии. Однако, магазин отказался взять назад некачественный товар, мотивируя это тем, что у них нет гарантии на каблуки, и предлагая оплатить экспертизу. Я оформила официальную претензию, которую они удовлетворить добровольно также отказались. – показать

Уважаемая Наталья, нам очень жаль, что абсолютно качественный товар вам показался бракованным. не вводите, пожалуйста, наших покупателей в заблуждение. Вы пишите, что набойка стерта до основания, но на ваших фотографиях видно, что набойки не стерты, видны потертости, что характерно обуви бывшей в употреблении. Мы считаем данную пару обуви качественной, поэтому предложили провести вам независимую экспертизу (согласно закону о защите прав потребителей), которую вы не стали делать. Вероятно вам туф ли нужны были на выступление, после чего вы решили их сдать по вымышленной причине брака.На всю нашу обувь распространяется гарантия 30 дней с момента покупки на производственный брак. В случае брака мы меняем обувь на новую или производим возврат денег. – показать
