Нищеброды! Не видитесь на них, они ни дом достроить не могут, ни своих сотрудников содержать, зарплату не платят годами...

Долгострой. В 2015 году планировали сдать дом. На дворе 2019. Работы ведутся очень медленно. Это Апартаменты: 1) тут нельзя прописаться(это НЕ ЖИЛОЕ помещение) , 2) коммуналка будет дороже (по сумме как у коммерческого жилья) т.е. получить садик, школу, прикрепить ся к поликлинике будет не реально, 3) соседи на площадке могут открыть офис, и это будет законно. К ним постоянно могут ходить клиенты, может быть очередь на этаже. Когда начинали продавать аппартаметы из плюсов это дешевый квадратный метр.
