Задержка в доставке была около двух месяцев, без объяснения причин. По почте отвечали всегда, но в формате «мы разбираемся в сложившейся ситуации». В итоге после обращения в интернет магазин, где был заказан товар, деньги мне вернули. Доставка была отменена, при этом оплаченную мной пошлину в размере 2 тыс руб (т.к. сумма заказа была свыше 200$), естественно, никто не вернет. Вывод таков - при заказе в иностранных интернет магазинах выбирайте любую транспортную компанию, КРОМЕ Pony Express!

Прибежала в 16:30 6 марта в пятницу подавать на латвийскую. Народа почти не было видимо из-за предпраздничного дня. У меня были готовы все доки и на русском и на английском. Поэтому мне сразу дали талон и через 2 минуты уже вызвали в окошко. Девушка отобрала нужное из моей огромной кипы. Оплатила на кассе и в 16:43 уже была на улице.

Курьер позвонил, я сказала что смогу после 2, он такой:”ну не знаю, смогу ли я после 2”. В результате звонит и говорит, что подъедет не к моему подъеду, а в соседний двор, потому что у меня припарковаться негде. Ну припаркуйся где хочешь и дойди, почему я плачу и я ещё должна бегать за тобой, потому что тебе неудобно?

Прошло уже 3.5 часа после того как мы зашли в центр, и мы ещё не сделали даже половины оформления. Рекомендую обращаться в другие центры, берегите свое время. Работает четверть окон, а народу тьма.

02.07.19 провел в визовом центре с 9.30 до 14.00 и не смог сделать визы детям на выезд в Латвию. Анкеты заполнили и переправили быстро, практически сразу. А вот после этого 4 часа ожидания! А когда подошёл к окошку мне ещё говорят, что я не правильно сложил бумаги. Не по очереди. В итоге у меня не хватило зелёной карты на авто. И я ушел. Хотя как после мне сказали карту можно было сделать там же в визовом центре. Не советую это место.
