Помогли отправить посылку, была в данной конторе в первый раз. Все быстро упаковали и заполнили. Персонал очень был приветлив.

Ужасная транспортная компания. Срочная доставка по факту уже более двух недель в ожидании - это как, никто за это не предупреждал. Телефон платный, висишь на звонке, а потом тебя скидывают. Уже минус 1к. Не советую пользоваться услугами данной компании!

Добрый день! Сегодня 04.12.19 и я жду свою "экспресс" посылку с 12.11.2019!!! 4 дня она уже находится в моем городе, но при этом со мной еще никто не связался, через два дня после доставки в мой город, я позвонил сам, по горячей линии, мне сказали, что посылка у курьера, ожидайте доставку сегодня, это было вчера. В итоге вчера так никого и не было!!! Сегодня я сам позвонил, на что мне сказали, что произошла ошибка. и мы доставим вам посылку, как только сможем, но в их понимании, в отличии от моего, это будет не СЕГОДНЯ, потому что она уже не на выгрузке(я не знаю что это), а доставка ожидается на завтра... Нет слов!!! То есть, курьер взял мою посылку, потусовался с ней денек, потом вернул, обратно на склад! Вещи, которые были в посылке, уже потеряли свою актуальность, там была сумка для командировки, для хранения вещей, я уже вернулся из командировки, а посылки все нет!!! От доставки, ни извинений, ни желания помочь, ни предложения каких либо решений вопросов не было...увы, в современном мире, такой сервис уже давно не работает. Оценка компании "2" бала!
