НЕНАВИЖУ!! Уже писал отзыв и напишу ещё раз!!! Почему так трудно доставить в срок??? Почему, когда вы присылаете сообщение, что заказ передан курьеру и ждите его с 9-18 - ВЫ НЕ ДОСТАВЛЯЕТЕ ЕГО И ДАЖЕ НЕ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАЕТЕ ЧТО НЕ ДОСТАВИТЕ??? Каждый раз, каждый раз одно и тоже!!!! Закройтесь вообще нежели позориться такой работой!!! Почему в других регионах Пони нормально работает, а у нас фу. Бесит!!!!!!!

Отвратительная ТК. Жаль,что заказы из Англии и Америки к нам могут дойти только посредством этой шарашкиной конторы. Все время приходится звонить и узнавать,где заказ (когда он уже в городе). И то они забыли его доставить в постамат и он несколько дней валяется на складе,то у них нет технической возможности отвезти в пункт выдачи заказ. Но почему нельзя об этом сообщить - загадка. Там всем просто по***й на клиентов
