Жаль, что нельзя поставить 0. Это не сервис, а профанация- даже грошовые посылки с али-эксперсса были доставлены нормально, а тут не смогли. Как и у всех- курьер, он же таксист звонил, когда уже был возле дома, даже не за 15 минут. Каюсь телефон я не видела, домофон не слышала, т.к. была занята, но! предположу, что таксист звонил по 2 секунды, поэтому звонка и слышно не было. Отзвонилась сама, спустя полчаса, говорит ничего не знаю, звонить не должен, ждите доставку через выходные. Т.е. пони-экспресс превратился в почту россии и по выходным не работает или просто не хочет. Как у них там что устроено, что посылку отдают какому-то левому таксисту, и доставку в определённый день не гарантируют. Слов нет. Никто ни за что не отвечает, поэтому жалобы даже написать и некуда.

Курьер звонит за 15 минут. Говорит, что либо сейчас ему надо отдать посылку, либо заказ будет отменён, лишние 5-10 минут ждать он не намерен. А возможности выбора определённого времени просто нет. Он думает, что его целый день ждут на адресе?! И это при экспресс тарифе. Я не просто так его выбирал, чтобы отложить заказ с пятницы до понедельника. Только потому что курьер появляется в рандомное время и лишь на15 минут. Шикарный сервис. "Закажи курьера и не смей выходить из дома". Если кто ищет работу, чтобы нихрена не делать - смотрите вакансии пони експресс.

Почтомат переполнен , пишет мне отслеживание посылки. Уже второй день!!!! Как так !!! Ни смс , ни звонка. Каждый день я названиваю на горячую линию в ожидании посылки , которая должна экспресс прийти за 3 дня. С 10 числа. С Лондона до Москвы 3 дня С Москвы до Питера 9 дней!!!

Тормоза каких свет не видывал. 2 дня уже не могут привезти посылку. С Лондона посылка доехала быстрее, чем эти «курьеры» везут ее из Питера в Петергоф. Точно самая хреновая курьерская контора в РФ
