Отправили мне документы из Томска в Новокузнецк, заявленный срок 6 дней, документы доползли за 12 дней. Сначала они уползли в болото под названием Новосибирск и оттуда не могли выбраться 5 дней, а потом они уползли в Кемерово и только после этого приползли к адресату. Почта России работает быстрее и без всяких названий ЭКСПРЕСС. Документы нужны были в срок, а получилась просрочка, и все благодаря этой конторе. Звонил я везде и в Москву, и в новосиб Никто ничего сказать не могли, только вежливо посылали. Но во всем этом болоте есть один цветочек это Оля, которая работает в Новокузнецком филиале, она пообещала и выполнила. Побольше бы таких людей глядишь и контора нормально бы заработала.

Я делала заказ в интернет-магазине. При передачи заказа в доставку, мне написали, что доставят в течении 5и дней, привезли на 6ой день, ну это ладно (хотя согласно отслеживанию в Новокузнецк он пришел уже на 2ой день). В отслеживании нет конкретного дня доставки, только "ожидаемый" (что бы это не значило). Смс о доставке приходит только в день приезда курьера, а не за день. При том, что курьер может приехать в любое время с 9 до 18, вот и сиди целый день дома. Опции самовывоза не предусмотрено, как я поняла, и в определенное время нельзя попросить привезти. Доставка не дешевая и такие заморочки( Посылка пришла не поврежденная, возможно потому что очень маленькая и ломаться там нечему.

Достаточно быстро приняли посылку, до получателя тоже всё быстро и в сохранности дошло. Ничего лишнего не сказать, рекомендую.
