Самая отвратительная доставка! 4 раза заказывала с ASOS и мне ещё ни разу не привезли посылку на дом, всегда приходится добывать свой заказ самостоятельно, не звонят, не уведомляют что в Иркутске прибыл в теперь и на звонки не отвечают.... ещё и мелодию поставили на звонок Don’t worry be happy ... не иначе как издеваются 😅

Спойлер: все очень ужасно. Заказывал посылку, в интернет магазине, обещали примерно за две недели, в итоге месяц везли. Курьер вёз до меня четыре дня... и это очень разочаровало. Ведь я оплатил за то что привезли мне домой. Утром звонили говорили сегодня ждите весь день - привезём. Пришлось отменять все планы и сидеть ждать весь день, по итогу так и не привезли. На горячей линии на вопрос почему меня не могли уведомить заранее сказали они не обязаны. Очень жаль что Вы «не обязаны» и так относитесь к своим клиентам. На следующей день хотел съездить самим забрать посылку, приехал и сказали, что посылка находится у водителя, договаривайтесь с ним... и опять все повторились. Больше не воспользуюсь вашими услугами!!!

Вообще про эту службу доставки , первый раз заказывал все оперативно доставили как по сроком указали , второй раз ну вообще желание отбивает примерная дата доставки истекла, продлили еще на 4 дня, четвертый день заканчиваеться , позвонил уточнил сказали завтра доставят , на следуйщий день жду нет ответа , звоню мне говорят а она сегодня не работает.
