Безобразно!!! Не доставили, не предупредили! Пришлось через пол страны узнавать где мой заказ. По адресу в ближайший пригород доставлять отказались, предложили встретиться в черте города "за углом". Я в шоке от такого сервиса!

товар был доставлен в течении 3 дней, но лежал на складке еще 4 дня,итого неделю я просто ждал пока сам не зашел в отделение и не спросил где моя посылка - как оказалось люди даже не дергались ее мне доставить по прибытию...

Оформляли визу в Японию, сделали быстро, как и обещали, за 9 дней в сумме. На сайте есть список необходимых документов вместе с формами для заполнения. В общении сотрудница была очень вежлива и приветлива, за что ей отдельное спасибо)

Безобразнейшее отношение к работе. Ни в коем случае не рекомендую этот филиал. Мне отказали в выдаче посылки, т.к. у сотрудницы компании ПониЭкспресс, представившейся Третьяковой Мариной Анатольевной, оказались "свои более важные дела" (фраза дословная!). Очень давно не встречал такую беспардонность. Надеюсь руководство компании обратит внимание и примет меры.
