Автоинформатор вводит клиентов в заблуждение, оповещая о прибытии посылки. По факту она еще в другом городе. Согласовываешь по данному номеру дату и время доставки- сидишь ждешь,а выясняется, что ее и не отдавали водителю в доставку. Операторы просят приехать забирать самим... Ужс..

Хуже работадателя нету на свете. Не дают справку 2ндфл. Везде по звонку на следующий день и доброжелательно. А тут Денис Викторович сначала обещали сделать ждала две недели перезванивал бухгалтера нет уже пиши говорит заявление все как положено что за бред то в головах у людей это при том что я итак не защищена никем дочку одна воспитываю. Совести нет. На ребенка пособие получить не могу. Ужас. Ставлю минус сто вам закрыть вас всех надо чтоб не обманывали честный народ

На сайте указано, что курьер приезжает забрать посылку сегодня же, а на деле на следующий день. В заявке я указал примерный вес, так как весов у меня нет, сотрудница заверила, что курьер сам взвесит. Курьер приехал без весов и предложил оплатить по завышенной цене или ждать еще сутки, когда он приедет снова. От "услуг" этой компании отказался. Два дня ждать, чтобы экспресс-компания приняла твою посылку - это слишком.
