Доброго времени суток! Мне был одобрен возврат 02 марта 2018, в письме написано, что вернут деньги в течение 20 дней. Но прошло уже 26 дней, когда мне вернут деньги?! Мои номера заказов: 98955492 и 99025692. Пожалуйста, разберитесь с этим, сумма не маленькая. Спасибо!

Я смотрю, что многие столкнулись с такой проблемой. Прошу обратить внимание, что сумма не маленькая, а 11500 р. Если денег в ближайшее время не будет, буду жаловаться в Роспотребнадзор, не будет эффекта, пойду в суд.

Юлия, здравствуйте! Небольшие задержки с возвратом в связи с проведением биатлона. В течение недели вам вернуться деньги. Мы работаем давно, если бы мы нарушали закон и не возвращали деньги - нас бы давно закрыли, а репутация была бы бесповоротно испорчена.

Ребята, если захотите сдать билеты обратно, этот сайт раскроется в полной "красе". Черт дернул, купить у них билет с "биржы". И началось... Купил на сайте за 1500 т.р.+комиссия (на самих билетах 1300) Билеты сдать обратно нельзя. (даже не прошло еще 2 недель с момента покупки) После того, как заикнулся про закон о защите прав потребителя, начался более менее диалог со мной, но посоветовали обратиться к организаторам концерта. (с какой стати?) В общем переписываемся уже месяц, результата нет. Событие состоится через 7 дней.Номер заказа 99139985.
