ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ СЕРВИС И ОБМАН!!! Оставляли заказ на люстру "Нежность" 27 июля 2019 года. В комментариях попросила, чтобы перед доставкой люстру осмотрели на предмет сколов плафонов. Перезвонили, сообщили, что заказ будет доставлен в среду 31 июля во второй половине дня до 18, подтвердили, что люстру осмотрят, одновременно с этим номер заказа не указали. 31 июля до 18:00 курьер не пришёл. Звоню в офис компании и тут начался обман... Сначала мне сказали, что курьер приедет до 20:00, на мой вопрос - забрал ли он люстру со склада, ответили положительно. Сижу, жду. 20:30 курьера нет. Звоню в офис. Сказали, что сейчас разберутся и перезвонят... В итоге никто не перезвонил. Звоню сама. Ответ - курьера найти не можем с ним нет связи, ждите сегодня (после 21:00???) или завтра. Он сам Вам позвонит. Сегодня 1 августа 2019 года. Никто мне не звонит. Жду. Тщетно. Звоню в 12 часов дня, спрашиваю. Отвечают - разберёмся, ждите... Но доставка у нас перегружена, возможно, дня через 2 доставим... Спрашиваю, как так, ведь люстра уже у курьера? Ответ - да? Щас разберёмся, перезвоним. Потом в течение дня я звонила ещё с десяток раз, попадая на разных операторов. Так я познакомилась с Викой, Юлей, Катей и молодым человеком... Однако, в настоящий момент люстры у меня так и нет. И не понятно, когда мне её доставят. И доставят ли вообще. А в субботу у меня новоселье... Сервис - 0, обман клиентов - 5 балов.
