Хочу выразить крайнее недовольство качеством обслуживания дежурного врача Шапошниковой Л.Д. Медицинское учреждение должно быть местом, где пациенты чувствуют себя в безопасности и получают квалифицированную помощь. К сожалению, я столкнулась с полным отсутствием эмпатии и хамским отношением со стороны врача. Вместо того, чтобы выслушать мои жалобы и предложить решение, врач стала жаловаться на пациентов и высказывать своё мнение по вопросам, абсолютно не связанным с моим состоянием здоровья. Считаю, что такое поведение не соответствует профессиональным стандартам медицинского работника и требует немедленного вмешательства руководства больницы. Важно помнить, что врач должен не только обладать медицинскими знаниями, но и уметь общаться с пациентами.

Очень тесное здание, забитое людьми. Находится в отдалении от общественного транспорта. На машине туда тоже сложно проехать. Сама поликлиника находится на закрытой территории со шлагбаумом. Никаких указателей нет. Почему именно там организовали приём врача иммунолога совсем не понятно! Никаких указателей опять же нет, пришлось ходить спрашивать. Персонал во взрослом отделении и правда грубый. После приёма врач сказала приехать на следующий день, сделать прививку. Почему в этот день отказались делать??? На следующий день приехать не получилось, потому что мы втроём заболели. Рекомендую избегать этого места.

Вызвали врача на дом.Была температура,кашель.Врач послушала сидя на кресле,выписала препараты,и уехала.К больному даже не прикоснулась,не прослушала легкие,не выписала направление на рентген.
