Я в первый и последний раз в этой поликлинике. Я врач, перенёс covid пневмонию, находился на карантине в течении 2 недель. Пришёл продлевать больничный, мне говорят выпиваем домой. Я звоню на работу, там все в недоумении, почему так рано выписали? Позвонил нас горячую линию, типами тоже удивились. А так больничные выписывают, каждый по пол часа. Звонил заведующей, она грубо поговорила, идите к врачу, с ним решайте.

Без образное отношение к пациентам! Вызывала врача на дом: так и не дождалась ответа оператора,висела на телефоне 20 минут,ответа так и не последовало. Берите пример с 69 поликлиники!!!

Отвратительное общение к пациентам, пытаюсь дозвониться 4дня по всем номерам никто не берет а если берут трубки то сбрасывают и говорят что никто ничего не знает! Ужасное отношение к людям!
