Заказ выполняется уже три недели

Заказ, оформленный 10 сентября, был выдан только 28 числа. Изготовление продукции заняло 3 недели. т. к. отсутствовали расходные материалы (из-за ошибки в транспортной компании наши расходные материалы были отправлены в другой регион). В связи с санкциями в стране могут иметь место небольшие задержки в доставке материалов (в частности - самокопирующейся бумаги), а следовательно, и в дальнейшем изготовлении заказов. В связи с произошедшим недочетом в работе приносим свои извинения и надеемся на дальнейшее сотрудничество.
