Не обращайтесь к ним!Оплатили тур за 2 недели до вылета на карту руководителя Васиной Татьяны.За сутки до вылета отменили тур с объяснением,что в отеле овербукинг (как это возможно не объяснили,обращались потом к другим агентам,они сказали,что отель сразу подтверждает) и предложили другой с менее выгодными условиями.Через 3 дня,менее чем за 8 часов до вылета тур вообще отменили.Анна Волкова,агент который подбирала тур,потеряла всякую заинтересованность в общении после получения денег,всю информа цию приходилось выпрашивать,а она снисходила до общения.3 дня (!) просила прислать билеты,страховку и ваучер,Анна предлагала ехать в аэропорт БЕЗ ДОКУМЕНТОВ ВООБЩЕ:«Вас посадят и без билета,а страховку и ваучер можете и по прилёту на месте распечатать».ДЕНЬГИ НЕ ВОЗВРАЩАЮТ,НА ПИСЬМА НЕ ОТВЕЧАЮТ,ТРУБКИ НЕ БЕРУТ!Вчера сказали,что деньги мне отправили,но когда я запросила платежку с отметкой банка (4 раза звонила Татьяне и она ссылалась на бухгалтера,что та сейчас пришлет) так ничего и не прислали!Отпуск не состоялся,нервы все истрепали! – показать

Добрый день! И мы в пролете с туром в 350 тыс…узнали только сегодня накануне вылета, даже не предупредили. Обещают вернуть деньги до 1 сентября, но веры нет никакой, так что заявление в прокуратуру, роспотребнадзор готовим.
