Хотели праздновать свадьбу в данном заведении.пришли поговорили,обсудили ,оставили задаток ,и со спокойной душой начали заниматься другими свадебными хлопотами)Когда решили все перепроверить т.к. этот важный день много значит ,мы позвонили и сказали что мы приедем, так сказать закрепить все то,что хотели .договорились на время они сказали все подготовят к нашему приезду ,и когда пришло время ....я была в шоке ,они начали говорить что администратор у них уволился и за нашу свадьбу некому отвечать ,на просьбу показать меню ,они сказали его вообще нет,как они сказали цены на блюдо составляет повар ( и они были гораздо выше ,чем во всем городе)как будет выглядеть блюдо они так же не могли показать ,потому что этого у них нет ...в итоге они позвонили и попросили забрать задаток .хамское отношение к мероприятиям ,которое могло сорвать свадьбу !!!не советую данное заведение для празднования важных событий!

Отличный отель, все чисто, уютная атмосфера, отзывчивый и добрый персонал. Особо хочется отметить управляющего, чтобы много не говорить просто профессионал! Сюда хочется вернуться! Еда готовится с душой! Советую всем гостям г. Саратов, г. Энгельс ехать именно сюда! Красноярск
