Писала хороший отзыв ,его удаляю ,пишу новый .Приехали в отель на Коломенской ,нужен был номер на 2часа .У меня не было документов ,у моего мужчины -только вод удостоверение .,он из Литвы ,приехал на 3дня ,попросили миграционку или паспорт .Паспорта с собой не возим .На ресепшене саазали по инструкции нельзя заселиться .Вот честно ,если хотя бы на ночь заселялись ,а то такой гемор на 2часа за 2тысячи !! Извините ,но цена немаленькая ! И считаю что за такой отель на 2часа это перебор .Была много раз в вашем отеле .,когда цена была чуть ниже ,Больше ни ногой!!!! Сидите со своими инструкциями ,когда рядом в районе есть варианты лучше и дешевле .Вообще ,никогда не нарушала правил в вашем отеле ,можно было как то по человечески отнеститсь .
