Позвонили по вопросу брони и заселения, девушка по телефону не смогла адекватно сориентировать по цене номера. Предложили премиум и люкс , рассказали о разнице в сроках и условии аренды. На просьбу рассказать о эконом - сегменте жилья ушла от темы, отвлеклась от разговора и положила трубку. Уходила от прямых вопросах и просьбах рассчитать стоимость на несколько часов. В трубке были слышны посторонние шумы. Отсутствие клиентоориентированности.

Добрый день! Описанная вами ситуация очень не похожа на привычный для нас уровень общения с гостями. Мы обязательно поднимем данные аудиоконтроля. В случае обнаружения нарушений правил общения с гостями, мы обещаем отправить нерадивого администратора на переподготовку и научить корректно вести разговор. Приносим извинения за испорченное настроение и надеемся, что вы посетите нашу сеть отелей, чтобы лично убедиться в том, что происшедшее является разовым инцидентом, а администраторы всегда готовы рассказать любую информацию о наших номерах по телефону или вживую.
