В целом обычная подружка, средних размеров. Из минусов: нет многих брендов, как уход, так и декоративка; охранники в своём стиле, умеют заставлять посетителей чувствовать себя настоящим грабителем :D Скидочные корзины не в самом ужасном состоянии, но и не супер наполненные: консультанты забирают многое себе , приходила даже к 9:00 по средам, они уже растаскивают самое лакомое.

+большой выбор -ужасное состояние тестеров. Какие-то в плечевом состояние, а какие-то отсутствуют. И если тестер и есть, то надо постараться чтоб его найти (особенно это заметно в тестерах консилеров и тональников). +- летом помещение чистое. Зимой у входа постоянная слякоть (я знаю так почти везде, но не сложно добавить. (с повышением зарплаты) в обязанности кассира хотя-бы раз в 4 часа зимой убраться. Или нанять уборщицу. Это разноситься по магазину.) +персонал готов помочь и охотно идёт на контакт если попросишь помочь. Нет этих досавучих: "вам нужна моя помощь?". Но если попросил о помощи подберут то что тебе необходимо.

ни разу никто не подошёл из продавцов и не спросил "нужна ли помощь" ? впечатления не очень,вернусь только из исключения что это один магазин в Королеве .
