Сотрудницы магазина, совершенно не стесняясь, обманывают покупателей. При покупке косметики it’s skin от 1000₽ была акция – роллер-массажер в подарок. Девушка в зале сказала, что они еще есть в наличии. На кассе перед оплатой спросили, есть ли роллеры в наличии. Девушка на кассе ответила, что да, должны быть. Пробиваем товар, дальше диалог: - спасибо за покупку! - а подарок? - ой, а они быстро закончились. - подождите, вы же только что сказали, что они есть! - извините *с легкой извиняющейся улыбкой» Занавес.

Была 16.01.2020 в Райкин Плаза в магазине "Подружка"! Очень понравился консультант девушка с длинными волосами , к сожалению имя не знаю! Она консультировала девушку по тотальному ВВ крему Мейбели , так конструктивно рассказывала, что я и ещё она одна девушка решили купить этот крем! Спасибо большое отличному консультанту! Редко встретишь в магазине "Подружка" такого профессионального консультанта ! Она большая молодец! Выпишите ей премию! Теперь буду приходить только в этот магазин за покупками и спрашивать совет у этой девушки! Крем кстати тоже очень понравился. С ув. Светлана!

Люблю эту косметическую сеть, но конкретно этот магазин не очень: много народу, небольшой ассортимент, нужных мне вещей постоянно нет в наличии, стеллажи очень близко стоят. Для глобального шопинга выбираю другую локацию, в эту забегаю, только когда совсем припрет.
