Обычная поликлиника, ничем не выделяется особо. Дозвониться к ним нереально, линия всегда занята. В 21 веке живём, а что такое колл-центр понятия не имеем. Обычные продуктовые магазины давно уже сделали возможным для потребителя получить консультацию и решить иные вопросы через колл-центр. А вот поликлиники и больницы ещё не скоро к этому придут. Жаль. Частая перетосовка с врачами тоже не идёт на пользу. Только привыкнешь к одному доктору, бац.. а уже другой. И с чем это связано вообще не понятно.

Врачи очень хорошие, но помещение ужас, узкие коридоры, детям мало места в период ожидания приема

К сожалению, расширение зоны ожидания невозможно из-за конструктивных особенностей приспособленного помещения. В период проведения капитального ремонта 2014-2016 годов во всех наших помещениях произведена перепланировка, при этом мы старались создать максимально возможные комфортные условия как для посетителей, так и для работников учреждения. Поверьте, все что было возможно в плане организации зон ожидания было сделано.

Если честно, на троечку! Я о здании поликлиники! Не хватает комнаты матери и ребёнка! В Москве уже везде эта функция есть , где можно спокойно маме вымыть руки и покормить малыша, либо подогреть и развести смесь. Бывает из за большого количества приём растягивается, но ребёнка негде покормить и это минус
