Хороший магазин, но нет собственной доставки с грузчиками. Для подъёма на этаж нужно искать странных гастарбайтеров. Каждая доставка и подъем на этаж это квест для клиента. Вроде контора большая, много филиалов, а организовать свою службу доставки, какая есть даже в меньших магазинах владельцы считают ниже своего достоинства

Добрый день. Благодарим за отзыв. Для удобства наших клиентов, во всех кассовых зонах, всех филиалов ТД "Подкова" расположены визитки наших партнеров, осуществляющих доставку и подъем на этаж приобретенного товара. Приятных покупок!

Согласен, но какую ответственность несут эти люди за доставку или подъем имущества? Грузчиками он берут вообще неизвестно кого, и грузчиков в большинстве случаев у доставщиков не хватает. Это пробел вашей организации и стоит это признать. Иногда по этой причине стоит делать выбор в пользу ваших конкурентов

Ужасный магазин. Сначала нахамил продавец, пототм нахомили на кассе. После этого в отделе безнала и в итоге на складе также я был не обделен вниманием грузчика. Доставки нету, решайте все сами, установки нету, решайте все сами, вот вам визитки рабочих, сами договаривайтесь. В итоге обратился в Сатурн и остался очень доволен. С таким сервисом, вам "Успехов" в работе!!!
