Филиал тормозной системы. В зале 4 сотрудника, 3 посетителя работает одно окно и соответственно один сотрудник. Три остальных сотрудника имитируют бурную деятельность ходят туда сюда, что то покупают для себя. У работника сидящего что то не получается в течении более 20 минут. И правильно никто не может ни обслужить во втором окне... Сразу видно для людей работают. Все в лучших традициях.... На вопрос когда смогут обслужить в другом окне, просто молчат... Или разговаривают по каким то личным вопросам.

Отвратительное отделение! Живая очередь, когда в других отделениях уже давно электронная. Всего два окна и те еле еле работают. График работы все время нарушают без «объявления войны». Меняли бы информацию в интернете, раз работать не хотите, а то приходишь на свой страх и риск оказаться у закрытых Дверей с задрипанным объявлением.

15.07.2013 письмо с простым уведомлением поступило на почтовое отделение связи №72 (Комсомольская, 49). Уведомление о получении бросили в почтовый ящик, только через 4 дня - 19 июля. 20.07.13 письмо на почте не нашли. В понедельник 22 июля, опять письма на почте не оказалось, но сообщили, что бросили в почтовый ящик (напомню, письмо с уведомлением). В почтовом ящике никакого письма нет. Письмо из суда. Оправдание сотрудников почты: - некому работать. Руководители вы куда смотрите? Или вы случайно свое место занимаете? .

Дочь отправила 17.10.2020 важные документы заказным письмом в мой адрес, квитанцию не сохранила. Письмо не пришло. Обратилась на почту в Вельске , куда письмо должно было придти. Посоветовали обратиться а отделение 163 072 на Самойло . Дочка пришла в данное отделение, чтобы прояснили судьбу письма по реквизитам- сказали, что это невозможно. Кстати, звонила на Горячую линию почты России и мне подтвердили, что трек- номер в отд 163072 должны были найти.
