В это отделение Почты России пришла посылка с Ali! Пришлось идти и стоять в очереди ровно 47 минут, при этом два окошка из пяти просто не работали! При этом ну правдо грубые девушки на выдаче! Просто кинули посылк!

Последний раз я ходила на почту наверно лет 10 назад, когда отправляла письма своей сестре в Харьков. Совершенно забыла об этом средстве связи в эпоху интернета. Но недавно мне пришла посылка из Питера и я пошла ее забирать в ближайших пункт посты России. Ох, сколько нужно нервов, чтобы выстоять свою очередь и забрать посылку. Во-первых люди все очень нервные, все спешат, ругаются. Хотя персонал работает достаточно быстро. При мне какая-то же женщина поссорилась с работницей, которая не отдала посылку, потому что посылка была на дочь этой женщины, а по чужому паспорту ничего выдать нельзя. С одной стороны они работают по закону, с другой, когда ты простоял в очереди час, очень тяжело не сорваться клиенту на персонал. Я свою посылку забрала и довольна. Доставили из Питера за 5 дней, ничего не пострадало!

Заказали и оплатили с алиэкспресс посылку, на мой адрес, но с фамилией брата. Пришли получать, сотрудник почты упёрся, что нужны документы того, чья фамилия на посылке, а адрес на посылке и паспорт в котором такой же адрес им ни о чем не говорит!!! Потратили полчаса, чтобы найти копии паспорта брата и удовлетворить желания работника почты, пропустили всю очередь, что была за нами. Получается, тот, кто живёт по адресу , получить посылку не может, а может только тот, кто написан в квитанции!! Значит, можно указать адрес соседей и приходить получать посылки по своей фамилии. Маразм!!! Почта России стала ещё тупей, чем была.
