Заметила постоянную тенденцию персонала отказывать в обслуживании (отправлении посылки) именно в воскресенье - под предлогом, что нет выхода в интернет. Предлагают прийти в любой другой день. Только после настойчивого требования и угрозы направить жалобу на сайт "Почта России", нехотя выполняют свои прямые обязанности.

С услугами почты России думаю в жизни пришлось столкнуться каждому, и не раз. Не знаю, как у других, но у нас отделение почты представлено старым ветхим зданием с облезающей штукатуркой, плохой вентиляцией и порой присутствием толкучки.
