Давно не был на почте, обстановка приятная. Обслуживала молодая девушка- оператор, очень приятная и позитивная, рассказала о том как проще получать посылки и подключила, все выдала быстро и с улыбкой. На почте обслуживание понравилось. Кто бы что не говорил, но на этой почте есть сотрудники которых ещё поискать надо!!!

Впаривают 1 класс (ускоренная почта) отправления, которые на порядок дороже обычных, но далеко невсегда реально быстрые, даже не спрашивая и ставя перед фактом, что сейчас все отправления так делаются. Потом говорят, что кнопка какая-то не работает, которая обычные отправления делает. Люди, узнавайте у оператора сразу, каким классом она делает отправку, чтобы потом не попасть на лишние деньги.

С введением электронной очереди, всё стало не плохо, работает всегда одно окно, но вроде без долгих ожиданий , хорошо когда людям кто приходит получать выдают скоренько без очереди, а то один раз какой-то мужичек отправлял письмо ну так долго, а 80% людей стояли на получение,ладно вот женщина пришла раз раз и все ушли сразу, а он до сих пор стоял там.
