Навязывание доп.услуг, обман потребителя: сотрудники отделения отказываются отправлять обыкновенные посылки, нагло обманывают, заявляя что якобы "в программе " у них доступны только отправления Первым классом и EMS, также вводят в заблуждение относительно стоимости отправления, не предоставляют бланки для оформления посылки. На лицо преступный сговор сотрудников отделения с целью навязывания дополнительных услуг потребителям. Даже оператор с горячей линии не смог помочь в решении вопроса с этим отделением!

Почта России. Каждый из нас хотя бы раз пользовался этим предприятием. Здесь предоставляется огромный спектр услуг по разного рода пересылкам , переводам, оплатам и т.д. Мой личный опыт общения с ними запомнился мне не большим опозданием моей посылки. Заказывал банковскую карту, в договоре и остальных бумажках написано срок доставки от 3х дней до двух недель. Ну ладно, думаю, подождем. Прошло две недели , а карты как нет так и не было , застряла на каком-то сортировочном пункте. Пришла мне моя посылка только через месяц. Срочные дела с таким сервисом не по решаешь.

Совершенно не понравилось это почтовое отделение.Простояла 2 часа в духоте,так потом еще и перерыв объявили,устали видети ли.А когда открылись так нагрубили что стоим мы тут возмущаемся и если нам не нравиться мы можем идти от сюда.Сотрудники хамки и невоспитанные!
