Быстрое обслуживание, девочки операторы молодцы, работают оперативно. Спасибо им. Хочется хоть каждый день ходить и получать посылки, вежливые.

Изменилась за пару последних лет к лучшему однозначно. Только вот до сих пор не пойму логику, 2 зала, работает то один то другой, и информации нет какой из них либо оба сразу. Изначально вводили электронную очередь, и за полгода её не стало. А зря, очень удобно.

Самое лучшее отделение из всех в которых была. Отправляю посылки раз в месяц. И жалею когда приходиться обращаться в другие почты

Работает один человек, когда выстраивается очередь из 3 и более, а с учётом коронавирусных ограниений, это такое... Ждешь в лучшем случае минут 15, пока тебя обслужат... В госполиклинике и то быстрее

Вопреки статистике и рейтингу, это отделение почты не подвело ни разу! Сотрудники вежливы, готовы помочь, быстро оформляют посылки. Было время, когда график работы менялся из-за нехватки персонала, сейчас всё встало на круги своя, и почта работает в обычном режиме. Единственный минус, замеченный мной - либо телефоны указаны в 2гис некорректно, либо в отделении намеренно не берут трубку.

Электронная очередь неисправна , работает один сотрудник (да и хрен бы с ним!) Ходил туда за посылкой с начала февраля, с треком, всё время говорили - нет такой ( я уже спор закрыл и деньги по ней получил) а сегодня узнаю, что она лежала там с 17 января и в конце февраля её отправили обратно!!!!! Извещений в ящике не было ни одного никто не звонил, хотя на посылке мой телефон! Почта России продолжает удивлять!
