Стоя в очереди и слышишь как люди разговаривают с операторами., думаешь где у людей вся культура. Руководство цените работников ваших а не ищите в них изъян

Пришла получить посылку на почту. В отделении чисто, светло. Народу не много, все соблюдают масочный режим и дистанцию. Огромное спасибо Анне за оперативную работу. за добросовестное отношение к работе. С уважением Татьяна

Очень хорошие люди работают в этом отделении почты...Да,помещение маленькое и из-за этого очереди скапливаются в час пик так много персонала там не поместить...а люди еще ходят туда платить за коммуналку и телефон..видимо фетиш такой у некоторых-создавать лишнюю очередь ,так как все уже давно можно оплатить онлайн ...СПАСИБО РАБОТНИКАМ ,особенно Марине Курасовой, всегда быстро находит посылку и без лишних разговоров и просьб проверяет есть ли что то еще в базе...ей глянуть 3 секунды,а нам экономит часы поездок

Воруют мелкие пакеты из Китая, которые нельзя отследить. Именно в 62 отделении. Не приходит и половины заказанного. Пробовала заказывать в другое отделение, и вуаля, все 100% дошли. Попыталась несколько раз наладить туда доставку, но увы(( Приходится ездить в другой конец города. Однажды придя за очередным пакетом мне сказали, что ничего нет. Если бы не оповещение в приложении так и ушел бы мой заказик какой нибудь шш
