До отделения не дозвониться. У них свой график работы, известный только им. Во всех источниках написано одно, по факту работают до 18, в выходной работают как захотят.

Пять дней жду извещения. Именно столько лежит моя посылка в этом месте. Сегодня решил заехать, отпросился пораньше с работы, понадеявшись на график работы отделения в приложении. По факту график работы с 9:00 до 18:00. Не успеваю ни утром ни вечером. А если человек не владеет интернетом, то никогда и не узнает, что посылка пришла, полежала и ушла обратно.

Всегда думал что это наговоры на почту, ан нет! Действительно филиал ада на земле! Заказал подарок к новому году, китайцы сделали чудо, посылка шла в общей сложности меньше 3 недель, пока на ее пути не встало отделение 624097! предчувствуя, что посылка может не успеть, решил заранее узнать график работы, дозвониться до отделения не получалось всю неделю, либо занято либо трубку не берут, приехал в отделение, набрал из зала, вызов идет, в отделение тишина, даже намека нет, что телефон звонит. Ладно пол беды, отделение рядом, не сломаюсь, дойду. И вот посылка спешит к финишу, 30.12 рано утром приходит в Екатеринбург, 31.12 рано утром выезжает к месту вручения, и..... перестает отслеживаться!!!! как будто и нет такого идентификатора, ладно отделение до 13-00 работает, не дозвониться, как писал выше, в 11-30 пошел с надеждой в сердце, говорят машина с почтой была, но моей посылки нет, "где-то потерялась" (КАК!?!?!?!) расстроился конечно, но что же делать. Но самое что меня убило, это то что вечером в почтовом ящике нашел извещение, что пришла посылка!!! лучше бы не находили, бандерлоги!!!! 01.01 отслеживание заработало, оказывается в отделение посылка поступила около 9 утра!! оставили без подарка на новый год!!! Аналогичная ситуация была и раньше, позвонили (!!!) что пришла посылка, но когда этим же вечером пришел за ней, ее не смогли сразу найти.
