Хорошее почтовое отделение, все быстро, качественно, не понятно почему письмо заказное пришло сюда,а не по прописке, но да ладно, главное, что я его получила и выдали его без проблем. Вежливый персонал, быстро работают, всё понравилось.

НЕ ОДНОКРАТНО ПИСАЛА В КНИГЕ ЖАЛОБ И ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЙ, БЕЗОТВЕТНО, ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ ГРАЖДАН. РАБОТАЕТ ОДНО ОКНО(НА ВСЕ ВИДЫ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЯ), МНОГО НАРОДА СКАПЛИВАЕТСЯ В ЗАЛЕ. ДОЗВОНИТЬСЯ НА ПОЧТУ НЕ РЕАЛЬНО, ТРУБКУ НЕ БЕРУТ(МОГУ ПРЕДОСТАВИТЬ РАСПЕЧАТКУ ЗВОНКОВ).

дозвониться нереально,они тупо не берут трубки, никогда. само по себе отделение в целом работает исправно

До почты дозванивался, не один раз. На почте получаю посылки постоянно с алиэкспресс. Очередь минимальна , всегда укладываюсь минут в 10- 15. Общаются всегда вежливо, Спасибо за вашу работу. Отделение рекомендую PS хотя почту в целом не рекомендую посылки идут в Самару очень долго.
