Не могу сказать ни чего плохого. Посылки принимают и отдают (В ОТЛИЧАЕ ОТ 57отделения ГДЕ ОТКАЗАЛИСЬ ПРИНИМАТЬ НЕ ЗАРЕГЕСТРИРОВАНУЮ ПОСЫЛКУ!!!). Все во время. Помогут с выбором пакета или коробки для отправки посылки. Иногда бывают очереди, и обслуживают медленно, но я ни на одной почте не видела скоростного обслуживания.

Нормальное обслуживание уже не в первый раз получаю посылки,бывает не работает электронная касса но это мелочи ,вы ещё не были в 10 отделение где посылки через одну приходят.

Почта очень изменилась. Сделан ремонт, удобные стенды под бланки, места ожидания, появился киоск с продуктами, канцелярией, а/я. На почте стало светло и все в фирменном стиле. Один минус: тут нельзя рассчитаться картой.

Отделение почты мне не нравилось с самого начала, постоянно большие очереди, работает 1 окно, время ожидание большое (10-20 минут). Но вчера произошёл просто ужаснейший случай, мою посылку отдали другому человеку. Как я об этом узнала? Её вернули те кому отдали посылку. Что за политика у почты России? Почему посылки отдаются непонятно кому, без предъявления документов? Это просто ужасно!

Наверное это единственное отделение по Барнаулу, где сотрудники действительно быстро и внимательно работают. Ничего никогда не теряется и быстро приходят посылки. У них порядок, приятно посмотреть. Молодцы！👍
