А есть какая- то управа на это отделение? Хотят работают, хотят не работают. Что делать с посылками у кот, заканчивается срок выдачи? Когда Почта России перестанет мучить людей и закроется насовсем?

Пришла бандероль. В приложении Почта России зарегистрировался на получение 15 октября в 18.45. Прихожу - а там на дверях объявление висит "По техническим причинам ОПС Пермь 614051 не работает". Без указания даты. Когда повесили объявление, когда работать будут - не известно! Пришёл 16 октября - отделение не работает. Бардак! Почта России! Когда это отделение будет нормально работать?

Почта России совершенно скатилась на дно!!! В 614051 на Юрша 9 Работают с 14:00 до 19:00 со вторника по пятницу, людям не владеющим Госуслугами трудно сюда попасть(Через Госуслуги можно записаться ко времени). 30 сентября мне отказали в получении простого письма. Во-первых сразу оформляют неудачное вручение - 23 сентября, затем 26 сентября в почтовом ящике появляется ф.22 либо утром 29 сентября следующая будет валяться на подоконнике. Это при том условии, что почтовый ящик целый и я проверяю его регулярно два раза в день: утром и вечером. Два письма предназначались мне, в одном был неправильно указан номер квартиры, но Ф.И.О. совпадали с моими и мне выдали письмо по сути с ошибкой, а в другом Ф.И.О. не совпадало, но был указан верно номер моей квартиры и это письмо, цитирую оператора: "Вас не касается. Нужна доверенность от другого лица. Будет жалоба? Ну пишите, звоните, следующий!" Т.е первое письмо с ошибкой выдавать можно, а второе с ошибкой выдавать нельзя? Где гарантия, что первое письмо не было адресовано другому человеку проживающему в соседней квартире? Все вопросы на горячей линии, куда дозваниваться можно вечно, чтобы поговорить не с роботом, а с человеком, (мне понадобилось 3 минуты на дозвон), предложили задать адресанту! Первый оператор не смог на это ничего ответить, перебивал и в конце-концов просто бросил трубку, а вторая работница оказалась поустойчивее и поупрямее. Я просто потерял время и настроение из-за этих чёрствых работников данной компании, эмпатии у них абсолютный ноль, формальная ошибка в данных может лишить человека важной информации!!!
