Ужасно работают Обманывают на деньги Особенно отделение в Волгограде Когда посылка с курьером , берут и заберают деньги себе а говорят что был отказ от курьера и средства на отдают и приходиться ехать самой ! Отваритительно работаю

Самое лучше отделение из тех, что встречал. Отзывчивые работники всегда расскажут и подскажут, ответят на все вопросы. Проблем с получением писем и посылок не было ни разу

Разговаривают по хамски. Пришла квитанция на получение посылки, но в ней не была указана Фамилия, когда пришла на почту, квитанцию отобрали и ничего слушать не стали. На следующий день позвонила на почту и попросила посмотреть на посылке, может ошибся оператор. На что был ответ: "Мне не когда!!!Наши операционисты не ошибаются" Теперь, посылка, за которую я заплатила деньги и ждала 2 месяца из Китая пойдет обратно. И не известно получу я эти деньги обратно или нет. Потому что тетеньки на почте лень встать и найти посылку
