Очень удобная смс регистрация при получении посылки , ничего заполнять не надо, получил смс-получил посылку. Очень удобно. Не далеко от дома. Я бываю вечером, к закрытию, народу в это время не много. Работают обычно два иногда три окна. Работа идёт оперативно.

Когда заходил, народа не было - это плюс. Но возмутил тот факт, что нельзя пополнить транспортную карту безналичным расчетом. Хотя, вины в этом нет. Всё, как всегда. Казань везде стремится быть первой, а про жителей города думают в последнюю очередь. Поэтому, твердая четверка.

Не выдают заказное письмо, ссылаясь на "ещё не успели разобрать почту", хотя по отслеживанию трек-номера письмо "ожидает адресата в месте вручения". На горячей линии сообщили, что они не имеют права не выдать, когда такой статус у трек-номера. Очень интересно.

В этом году бывал 3-4 раза и всегда была очередь, приходилась ждать 15-30 минут, работали по 2 человека, но так то персонал вежливый, долго не обслуживали, старались по-быстрее!

Самое плохое отделения почты!!! Не выполняют свою работу, должном образам. Занимаются своими делами . Разговариваю по личному телефону, Извещения не приходят !!!! сколько раз посылки уходили обратно, и за того что мне не приходило извещения. куда можно написать заявлнния о холатности рабочих ?

Ужасно долгое почтовое отделение!!!!! ((((( операторы работают очень медленно, зачастую открыта только одна касса и в нее 100500 человек народа!!! все свои почтовые отправления перевела в другое отделение, чему несказанно рада!
