Сказочные персонажи. Посылка пришла в это отделение по непонятной причине. Адрес доставки никакого отношения к этому отделению не имеет, объяснения от так называемых работников я не получил. От приложения ПР пришло уведомление о доставке. Поехал забирать в недоумении. Приезжаю минут через 40 после получения уведомления, мне говорят-вашу посылку отправили по указанному адресу. Вот это скорость, видимо машина стоит под окнами и ждёт посылки на перенаправление. Сказочные персонажи. Статус в приложении также изменился "перенаправлено на верный адрес". Далее, на следующий день с утра приходит уведомление от приложения "покинуло место возврата/досылки" и указано отделение, которое я вчера посещал. Как так!? Уважаемые работники отделения, почему нельзя было отдать посылку вчера!? Сказочные персонажи. Естественно, посылка снова уходит в сортировочный центр и всё по новой. Когда наша глубокоуважаемая ПОЧТА РОССИИ начнёт набирать компетентных сотрудников, а не этих так называемых работников, которые ни общаться с людьми не научились, ни выполнять свою работу должным образом!?

Надо было получить посылку, отпросил с работы на час, подъехала к 18,30 дверь открыта, заходим, а нам говорят: -мы уже не работаем. Вообщем посылку, я так и не получила!!! А теперь надо отправить посылку, нам говорят нет коробки, смастерили сами. Приносим, а нам говорят надо обшить тканью белой.
