Пришла посылка в сентябре, по отслеживанию было написано, что она уже в филиале, ходила ходила раза 4 туда и мне все говорили, что её ещё нет. Потом ещё раз зашла в отслеживание и уже написано, что почта мне ее выдала. Я эту посылку в глаза не видела, мне по упрощённой системе не приходило смс для ее забора , я не называла код из этого смс работникам отделения. Тогда как так выходит , что написано, что 18.09.2020 я уже получила ее ?? К работникам отделения вопросов нет , если это не конкретно их вина, а , возможно, системы почты в целом. Женщины всегда вежливо общаются и тд. 1. Я не получила товар 2 я потеряла свои деньги Количество звёзд в отзыве только из-за этой ситуации , в других случаях отделением и работниками я всегда довольна А если в след раз покупка будет стоить тысячи рублей и произойдёт точно такая же ситуация ?? Хочется услышать комментарии по поводу допущения таких случаев. Спасибо

Огромные очереди, хамство сотрудников, отказываются принимать письма по надуманным поводам, навязывают услуги, втихомолку пробивают письма первым классом, хотя просишь простое, а потом говорят ой!Больше заняты разговорами между собой чем работой!
