Очереди! В декабре 2020 перевели все крупные посылки в место выдачи вместе с письмами, пенсиями и т.д. , где раньше получали посылки сидят без работы, только мелкие выдают. Минимальная очередь из 15 человек! Примите меры!!!

Тут советский союз с живыми очередями и бабушками! Приезжал за посылкой несколько раз, но была очередь человек 20, прямо до выхода из отделения. Последний раз был в 9 утра в понедельник! И передо мной уже было 15 человек. Сами посылки порой ищут долго, плюс по их словам виснет система.

Отвратительная работа заведующей почтовым отделением 236038. Она устроила своеобразный демарш руководству, отыгрываясь на клиентах в очереди. Выделила одного специалиста, все остальные специалисты обрабатывают почту, хотя при желании скопившуюсю очередь из 18 человек можно разгрузить за 5 мин. просто выделив специалиста на выдачу посылок. Этим самым заведующая хочет показать, что не хватает людей. Люди в очереди теряют по 1,5 часа.
