Отвратительно. Все долго, то программа зависла, то пенсионеры тупят. Если бы не острая необходимость, не зашла бы... в следующий раз подумаю о другой кампании...

Заказала на Joom чехол на телефон, трек не отслеживался. Примерное прибытие в отделение было на конец сентября. Пришла в отделение 7-8 октября, чтобы уж наверняка. Была очередь из 5 человек, и ещё за мной столько же. Работают два человека. Медленно. Простояв полчаса, и попав наконец то к оператору, столкнулась с хамством, несговорчивостью и осталась в полном недоумение, зачем же я сюда пришла 🙄 Объясняют на "отвали", помещение грязное, и хамят. Хотелось бы больше не ходить в это место, но выбора к сожалению нет.

Первый раз столкнулась с отправкой писем, в интернете много ходит шуток-баек про Почту России. Всегда относилась к ним с подозрением, пока сама не ощутила на себе прелесть почты. Простояла в очереди около часа, у них что-то случилось с программой, поэтому решила "понять и простить". Но когда подошла моя очередь, и я попросила конверт, а мне ответили, что их НЕТ! Нет конвертов на почте, КАРЛ?!
