Всем добрый день, сегодня Я хочу поделиться своим мнением о таком месте как "Почта России". По пятибальной шкале я поставила 1. Почему? Самое первое и наверное самое ужасное - это обслуживание. Оно слишком медленное и убогое. К людям персонал относится небрежно, неуважительно, слишком грубо в общении. Хорошее настроение сразу пропадает. За счёт того, что очереди из людей просто огромные, выходят из магазина на 2-3 метра (опять по вине персонала), стоять в них просто невозможно. Зима, холодно, на улице - 7, снег, ветер. Место того, чтобы быстро обслужить людей и отпустить их домой они (рабочие почты) сидят в тепле, глупо смотря в экран монитора. Продолжайте в том же духе и у вас оценка спустится ещё ниже. Удачи в этом.

В 21-ом веке нельзя дозвониться до почтового отделения, никто не берёт трубку телефона - позор. Кроме того, несвоевременно приносят газету, а на неделе с 18 по 24 ноября вообще не принесли газету "Пенсионер Смоленщины", и это не первый раз. Прошу доставить мне газету, а руководство Главпочтампа разобраться с начальником отделения за плохую организацию работы отделения.

Ужас! Нельзя получить посылку не потратив своего времени и нервов. Всегда работает одно окно на выдачу и приём посылок. В очереди больше часа стоять приходится. На просьбы ускорить выдачу игнорируют. Даже "старшая" мямлит. Ждите и все тут.
