Отвратительная работа данного почтового отделения. Впрочем ничего нового, сколько анекдотов ходит про нашу Почту России. Ждал посылку из Китая. На сайте интернет магазина никакой информации о статусе заказа не было. 20 ноября пришло сообщение что посылка якобы мной получена (!!!). Прибегаю в отделение выяснить в чём дело, но как мне объяснили, посылка лежала у них месяц с 17 октября. Никаких извещений, уведомлений, разумеется не приходило! Они отправили её обратно, а статус поставили что получено мной! Чтооо? Что вы тогда отправили обратно, если я её получил? Как мне теперь разбираться, если вы написали что я якобы получил свою посылку?

вручений заказных писем даже в государственный орган власти не дождёшься, будешь ходить и выяснять ногами , дозвониться также не возможно

Не доставляют уведомления о поступивших письмах. Регистрируемые письма лежат в отделении неделями, пока адресат сам за ними не придет, отследив через интернет, или же когда через неделю уведомление все-таки доставят

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. Для проведения служебной проверки по факту ненадлежащей доставки извещений Вы можете подать письменное заявление в почтовом отделении по месту доставки отправления или в почтамте по месту проживания. В заявлении указываются сведения об адресах и полных ФИО отправителя и получателя, а также прикладывается копия квитанции, выданная при приёме почтового отправления.
