Позвонила в отделение почты на Фабричной в Ганино, узнать, пришла ли мне посылка. Оператор сказала, подождите... Я провисела 15 минут, после чего трубку она бросила. Нельзя обслуживать клиентов реальных и с телефона через одного или хотя бы вежливо сказать, чтоб перезвонили позднее?!
