Заведующая очень нервная!!! Обратилась именно к ней с просьбой помочь. Я пришла, чтобы написать заявление на розыск посылки. Она не смога найти бланк заявления, сказала приходить после обеда или самой распечатывать заявление с сайта. Помимо этого у меня были другие вопросы по другим моим отправлениям, сказала что отвечать не будет, она ничего не соображает сейчас. Меня это не устроило. После этого она стала орать на меня, повышать голос и после ушла с рабочего места и еще из-за угла долго и нервно орала. Другая девочка стажер помочь мне не смогла.

Отвратительные сотрудники: сидят с физиономией, на которой написано: ну че припёрлась, разговаривать тоже не умеют. Если вам не нравится ваша работа, зарплата и тд-это только ваша проблема. Вы работаете с людьми, так что либо терпите и вежливо обращайтесь с клиентами, натянув улыбку, либо валите на другую работу😡

Оценить работу почтового отделения сейчас не могу, так как уехала с этого адреса, оценка поставлена почтальону. Хочу поблагодарить почтальона Усманову Рамзию Ханифовну, которая относится к своим обязанностям не формально. Она нашла возможность известить меня о пришедшей на моё имя корреспонденции, благодаря чему я вовремя получила письма, которые были для меня важны. Большое спасибо за ваш труд!

Я отметила высокую оценку не потому что почтовое отделение работает на отлично, отнюдь. Это, на мой взгляд, самое отвратительное почтовое отделение с отвратительной организацией работы. Мне хочется отметить только одного квалифицированного работника за которой я давно наблюдаю, это молодая девушка, зовут ее Савченко Анна Витальевна. Аккуратная, вежливая, знающая свое дело, без отвлекающихся телодвижений, четко быстро обслуживает клиента . Вот все работники должны быть такими! Отсюда вывод, значит плохой руководитель, который не может подобрать сотрудников и организовать работу. чтобы не было текучки кадров.
